The process flow of PP spunbond non-woven fabric is as follows:
1、 Raw material preparation
Put the polypropylene slices into the hopper, add antibacterial, UV resistant and other functional masterbatch as needed, mix evenly, and then send them into the extruder.
2、 Melt extrusion
The material is heated to 220-250 ℃ in the extruder and completely melted, and then precisely transported to the spinning box through a metering pump.
3、 Spinning into a net
The melt is extruded from the micropores of the spinning plate to form long filaments, which are drawn by high-speed airflow and evenly spread on the moving mesh curtain to form a fiber web.
4、 Reinforced molding
By using the hot rollers of the hot rolling mill to heat bond and reinforce the fiber web, the fibers are bonded together to form a continuous non-woven fabric.
5、 Post processing roll up
After cooling and shaping, surface treatment (hydrophilic and anti-static modification as needed), cutting according to the specified width, and finally winding to obtain the finished product.
In addition, the PP spunbond nonwoven fabric produced by this process has a long filament structure and better mechanical strength than short fiber nonwoven fabrics, making it suitable for various functional modification scenarios that you are concerned about.
